Boneless chicken - 200 gm

Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Haldi powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
To prepare the non vegetarian mixture: Cut the chicken into medium pieces. Remove the head from the prawns and clean these. Stir fry the salami in little oil and break into small pieces and keep aside. Heat the oil and fry the onion and ginger garlic paste till translucent. Add the tomato pureee and now mix in the spice powders and the chicken pieces and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Mix the prawns and cook further for 2-3 minutes. Put off the heat and keep aside. Soak the rice in water for 10 minutes. Put off the heat and keep aside. Soak the rice in water for 10 minutes. Drain out excess water and keep aside. Heat the ghee and add the whole spices and allow to splutter for 1-2 minutes. Mix in the rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Allow the rice and water to come to a boil. Lower the heat and cover with a lid and cook till three fourths of the water has been evaporated. At this stage mix in the prepared non vegetarian mixture and lower the heat and cover with a lid and cook till all the water has been evaporated. Serve hot.
